Ashland Invite - April 30th

Current News:  We will be going to Ashland again this year.  The Masters will also be coming this year.  More news to come.

Departure time: Currently set at 11 so that we can pass people off for their home stays.  The goal is to get there by 4:00 noon.  In the past we have had drivers leave earlier and the team met up at the tiger park or the Oregon caves, or just in Ashland for a fun little day trip.  Feel free to organize that among the drivers.

Home Stays: Bring a sleeping bag!!!  .  I am working on how everyone will be divided up and how the distribution process will work.  No one will be by themselves.

Just a heads up if you have not heard, it is going to be an early Sunday with a fair amount of shuttling.  I am sorry about that.

Friday I am hoping the kids can arrive by about 4:30ish at the Ashland boathouse to rig boats.  I also found out this morning that they could actually go for a short row and was going to discuss that with them this evening as we load boats.  That would require more of a 3:00 arrival.

Race Course

Once boats are rigged up the kids will need to be driven to their home stays.  The girls are at one place and the boys are at another so I suggest we re-divide the rowers up in the cars from the boathouse so that you guys don't have to go to two separate houses.

Unfortunately both of these places are about 30 min away from the boathouse. - So yeah lots of extra driving.
